Position Overview:
Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager with experience in Adobe applications and enterprise eCommerce projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions—on time and within budget. Key areas of focus include project planning, stakeholder communication, team utilization, financial oversight, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, including schedules, communication, and risk mitigation strategies
  • This role will be expected to be on site in the client office located in Atlanta, GA.
  • Manages day-to-day communications with key stakeholders, maintaining alignment and transparency

  • Facilitates regular status meetings and presents project updates

  • Coordinates cross-functional teams, third parties, and client stakeholders to ensure timely execution

  • Reviews and enhances deliverables for quality prior to client presentation

  • Manages risks, blockers, and mitigation plans; escalates issues as needed

  • Tracks and ensures delivery of contractual commitments and client sign-offs

  • Maintains accountability for project gross margin, budget, and financial performance

  • Handles scope, schedule, and budget change requests

  • Manages task assignments, monitors progress, and ensures timely task completion

  • Partners with Talent Management to secure and allocate project resources

  • Aligns project work with client KPIs and business objectives


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a technology project management role, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment

  • Experience with Adobe applications and/or Adobe Experience Cloud products

  • Proven success managing large-scale enterprise eCommerce or web development projects

  • Strong background in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Financial management skills including budget tracking, profit/loss, and billing oversight

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and translate between technical and non-technical teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment


Preferred Skills & Technologies:

  • Experience working at a digital agency or consulting firm

  • Background in the eCommerce industry

  • PMP certification

  • Familiarity with JIRA and/or Mavenlink project management tools
