  • Evaluate AEM and adjacent platform capabilities, existing infrastructure, implementation constraints, technical debt, and build-versus-buy options; document decisions and tradeoffs.
  • Diagnose client technical environments and recommend practical architecture and performance improvements.

Delivery Governance & Engineering Quality

  • Guide full-lifecycle solution delivery, including technical discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and solution readiness.

  • Support presales discovery, technical scoping, feasibility analysis, solution estimates, and identification of risks and dependencies.
  • Communicate sophisticated architecture decisions clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences and build trusted client relationships.

Mentorship & Practice Improvement

  • Mentor Lead Engineers and Engineers, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge sharing and effective project delivery practices.
  • Develop reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, standards, and lessons learned; stay current with AEM capabilities and evolving engineering practices.

  • Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs, reliability, security, scalability, technical debt, and production-readiness considerations.

Delivery, Collaboration & Governance

  • Experience conducting design reviews, managing technical risks and dependencies, and guiding engineering teams through complex implementation challenges.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery approaches, including Scrum, and supporting technical scoping and estimation.
  • Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate across product, data, quality, delivery, and client teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as required by client assignments.

Preferred Skills & Experience
