Position Summary
Blue Acorn iCi is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager who has a strong background in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). This position will be a hybrid role, so the ideal candidate will be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week in the Dallas/Plano, TX area.

The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of data-centric solutions within our marketing technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a technical foundation in customer data platforms (CDPs), data warehousing (specifically Snowflake), and enterprise MarTech stacks.

You will work closely with stakeholders across engineering, data science, marketing, and business units to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable, high-impact MarTech solutions. A strong understanding of data architecture, cloud technologies (AWS & Azure), AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), and tools like SQL, Python, and marketing automation platforms is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Owns product end to end for cross-platform solutions. This includes crafting, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy - including technical vision, capabilities and operability
  • Lead the assessment of client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, and documenting changes) to prioritize immediate business needs
  • Lead the development and communication of business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions 
  • Provide recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology 
  • Communicates technical recommendations to director and senior directors and other product stakeholders
  • Articulate and confirm understanding of business requirements to technical teams
  • Ensure requirements meet client needs while remaining within the defined project scope

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience in product management within the technology or marketing technology sectors. 
  • Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data warehouses, particularly Snowflake. 
  • Strong background in managing and delivering MarTech solutions, including tools and platforms related to digital marketing, CRM, and analytics. 
  • In-depth knowledge of data management, data integration, and data warehousing principles. 
  • Familiarity with various MarTech tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. 
  • Understanding of SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages for data manipulation and analysis. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with data systems. 
  • Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and feature prioritization. 
  • Ability to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello for project management and collaboration. 
  • Ability to conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring product teams. 
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data. 
  • Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platforms, analytics, etc...). 
  • Defining goals for technology components and frameworks including reference architectures and implementations for martech solutions and the Adobe RTCDP. 
  • Work across multiple teams while owning the product life cycle and roadmap for data capture, prioritizing features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives with clear requirements for each feature, considering XDM schemas and AEP related architecture.
