The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, executive-level communication skills, and a proven ability to partner across highly matrixed organizations to enable successful, lasting change.

Key Responsibilities

Change Leadership & Strategy

  • Proactively identify change risks, resistance points, and interdependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to support sustained adoption.
  • Embed change management best practices into program design and execution from early planning through post-implementation stabilization.
  • Enable successful execution of enterprise priorities by aligning leadership, teams, and operating behaviors to strategic objectives.
  • Ensure change strategies support business outcomes such as operational efficiency, customer experience, speed to value, and organizational scalability.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to initiative owners, shaping program design decisions through a change and adoption lens.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Identify, map, and manage a complex ecosystem of stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels.
  • Facilitate structured stakeholder conversations to surface concerns, align outcomes, and drive shared accountability.

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, enabling candid dialogue and informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them anticipate organizational dynamics, decision risks, and adoption tradeoffs.
  • Influence outcomes across programs and portfolios without direct authority, using data, insight, and executive presence.

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications and presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Translate complex, often ambiguous initiatives into concise, actionable narratives tailored to different audiences.
  • Partner with leaders to shape messaging that reinforces the “why,” addresses impacts, and drives clarity and confidence throughout the organization.
  • Incorporate feedback and evolving context to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and change tactics.

Program & Project Enablement

  • Partner closely with program and project managers to integrate change work into broader delivery plans.
  • Build and manage detailed timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables related to change activities.
  • Drive accountability for execution across communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption workstreams.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across change artifacts while enabling flexibility for local or regional needs.

Measurement, Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Define success metrics and leading indicators to assess readiness, adoption, and change effectiveness.
  • Monitor progress against change goals, using data and feedback to course-correct as needed.
  • Facilitate feedback loops through surveys, forms, and stakeholder inputs to capture learnings and improvement opportunities.
  • Document lessons learned, best practices, and reusable assets to continuously mature change management capabilities across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Lead complex, cross-functional forums, driving clarity, alignment, and decisions across senior leaders and delivery teams.
  • Translate ambiguous, evolving strategies into structured, executable change plans tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Anticipate and navigate resistance, dependencies, and competing priorities across concurrent initiatives.
  • Apply strong program discipline while adapting approach based on organizational readiness and change saturation.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence across executive, manager, and individual contributor audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region change initiatives.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including dependency management and milestone tracking.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments.
