Position Summary

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a dynamic and driven Director of Talent Acquisition to revolutionize our Talent Acquisition Strategy. We are seeking a proactive individual with a passion for process improvement and a knack for identifying and vetting top technical talent, ultimately driving our efforts to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. The Technical Recruiter must have a deep understanding of technical roles within the digital experience domain with an emphasis on the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Global Expansion & Market Development 

  • Lead efforts to expand talent acquisition into new international markets, establishing recruiting strategies that meet regional and global business needs. 

  • Partner with regional teams to build local talent pipelines while maintaining alignment with global hiring standards and best practices. 

  • Manage the logistics and compliance of hiring practices in multiple countries, ensuring adherence to local employment laws and regulations across all geographies. This includes understanding and applying legal standards for recruiting, labor laws, data privacy regulations, and any other country-specific requirements. 

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement 

  • Collaborate closely with external client stakeholders and internal Revenue & Talent Teams to understand open needs and identify appropriate talent.  

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc, to identify and attract top technical talent - with an emphasis on direct sourcing.  

  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive candidate experience. 

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to be used as necessary.  

Technical Screening and Evaluation 

  • Conduct preliminary technical interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role, in an effort to alleviate reliance on the technical leadership team. Requires moderate to deep knowledge of key skill sets and technologies*.   

  • Provide detailed feedback to internal and external stakeholders on candidates' technical abilities and suitability for the position, as well as recommendation for next steps. 

Reporting & Performance Metrics 

  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. 

  • Generate reports and dashboards to track recruitment performance, including margins, time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates, and other key metrics. 

  • Use data, GenAI, and/or other technology-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies and processes. 

  • Demonstrate initiative and drive in overcoming challenges, adapting to changes, and consistently delivering high-quality results. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities for learning and professional development to enhance technical knowledge and recruiting skills. 

Process Analysis & Improvement 

  • Assess current recruitment processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement improvements to streamline the hiring process for the delivery services organization. 

  • Introduce and/or recommend new tools, technologies, or methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process. 

Position will recruit for roles across Strategy, Solutions, Technical Engineering, and Project Management across the following domains: Content Management, Commerce, Web and Customer Analytics, Customer Journey Management, Email Marketing, and User Experience Design. Background within Adobe Experience Cloud preferred but other Digital Experience Platform experience such as Salesforce, Optimizely, Sitecore, SAP, Oracle, and others may be considered.
