Position Overview 

The Adobe Solution Consultant of Customer Insights will join our growing Solution Consulting Group (SCG), a practice focused on solution design, solution productization and evangelism, and strategic engagement.  As a key member of this team, the Solution Consultant will focus efforts on Blue Acorn’s Customer Insights pillar, inclusive of customer data platform, customer journey analytics, and audience management domain areas.  This will involve analyzing, solutioning, and positioning programs centered around creating the foundation for exceptional customer experiences for leading brands and enterprises, with the overall goal of helping clients implement platforms and tools, maximize their usage, and demonstrate ROI.  


Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a digital agency, professional services, or consulting firm setting
  • Experience as both a practitioner ("do-er") and a consultant or strategist ("thinker"), having worked in both sales and delivery settings.
  • Self-starter with ability to quickly learn new technologies, platforms, and their applications
  • Strong ability to conduct independent research for use in client-facing activities, with little direction given.
  • Executive presence working with customers, partners, C-staff and presenting at conferences
  • Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of data architecture, customer profile and audience solutions, specializing in digital analytics, customer data collection, and personalization
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, and various measurement and analysis technologies and techniques
  • Ability to design, create, and run product demonstrations as part of a sales consultation
  • Solid understanding of how digital channels work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics
  • Strong knowledge & experience in the digital marketing domain, across industry leading tools and platforms
  • Functional knowledge of customer data platform solutions such as Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce CDP, Tealium, ActionIQ, etc.
  • Functional knowledge & and experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Google Analytics and A/B Testing tools such as Adobe Target and Optimizely
  • Experience with platforms in the following domains is preferred but not required: Content Management (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore); Commerce (Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus); Marketing Campaign Management (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer)
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Analytics Consultant, or Martech Strategy Leader
  • Experience collaborating with large teams across multiple geographies and functional areas (solutions, sales, account management, marketing, partners, and platform engineering)
  • Deep understanding of customer experience for B2C, and especially B2B, B2B2C 
 

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide domain expertise in client’s business, technology stack and data infrastructure
  • Assess and audit the current state of a client’s marketing technology stack 
  • Understand various integration patterns between Adobe’s and other platform’s experience cloud tools and provide solution to client's requirements
  • Consult with customers by providing expertise around platforms, data strategy, audience analytics for cross-channel customer engagement, testing, personalization, and measurement
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to analyze goals and needs, elicit business requirements, translate those requirements into solutions, and define overall solution architecture 
  • Develop and demonstrate expertise related to Adobe AEP XDM data model, data flows, and jobs and other Adobe Experience Platform best practices 
  • Drive use case development to improve business KPI based on client goals, CDP functionality, data availability, and organizational readiness
  • Assess and communicate process, workflow, and governance related considerations associated with proposed data solutions 
  • Use communication skills and ability to interact to make client understand the marketing solution lucidly; summarize key findings/insights and make actionable recommendations
