Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer

United States
Full Time
Experienced

Position Overview

The Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining analytics solutions within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This role focuses on supporting Adobe Analytics (AA) to CJA migration initiatives, rebuilding analytics components, and ensuring reporting accuracy within the CJA Workspace environment.

Because migration utilities do not fully translate AA Workspace components into CJA, this role requires hands-on expertise recreating projects, segments, and calculated metrics directly within the CJA interface. The developer must understand Adobe Analytics administrative configurations — including marketing channels, processing rules, and classifications — to ensure continuity of measurement and reporting logic.

You will work closely with analytics teams, data engineers, and solution architects to deliver accurate and scalable analytics implementations that support enterprise reporting and insights.

Data Validation & Quality Assurance

  • Validate reporting outputs and metric accuracy

  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between AA and CJA reports
